Terms of Service

On UK Media provides advertising and lead generation services for service-based businesses. By using our website or purchasing our services you agree to these terms.

We create, manage and optimise advertising campaigns to deliver qualified customer enquiries (leads) to your business. Lead counts, targeting and delivery timeframes are agreed before your campaign starts and confirmed in writing.

If we fail to deliver 20 qualified leads within the first 30 days of your campaign going live, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fees you paid us.

How we count leads:

• A qualified lead is any enquiry submitted through the Facebook Instant Form we set up on your campaign. If it comes through the form, it counts.
• Duplicate submissions of the same enquiry count once.

To be eligible for the refund, all of these must be true:

• Your campaign ran for the full 30 days from the date it went live
• Your ad spend was at least £30 per day for every day of the 30-day period
• A valid payment card was on your ad account for the full 30 days, with no failed payments
• You provided any resources we requested (images, business info, access) within 5 days of us asking

If any of these conditions aren't met for the full 30 days, no refund is due.

Refunds:

• The refund covers our service fees only. Advertising spend paid to Meta is not refundable, as that money goes directly to Meta.
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your first 30-day period ending.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 7 working days.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing you confirm the payment details are yours and there are sufficient funds. We do not store your card details.

To run your campaign properly, we may need access to your Facebook Business Manager or ad accounts, and information about your services and pricing. You agree to respond to our requests within a reasonable time so we can deliver.

Unless agreed otherwise, your ad account remains your property. Contact details collected through your campaigns belong to your business.

We aim to deliver agreed results, but we cannot guarantee that every lead will convert into a paying customer. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the relevant 30-day period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect losses.

Either side can cancel with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable. If you cancel before the end of your first 30-day period, you are not eligible for the guarantee refund.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
